Aircraft Teardown & Part-Out Projects
Dismantlement of an airframe is a sustainable approach that allows aircraft parts to be reused while reducing the need for scrappage. Our aviation aircraft acquisition and teardown division handles end-of-life narrow body, wide body, and private jet airframes for part-out utilization.
All part-out processes are carried out inside a Part 145 MRO facility. Component harnessing is performed by qualified technicians with full traceability documentation.
Teardown & Component Harnessing Process
Aircraft Cutting
Controlled disassembly of the airframe structure at specialized Part 145 MRO facilities.
Component Harnessing
Systematic removal and cataloguing of serviceable components by qualified technicians.
Segregation & Tagging
Each part is inspected, tagged with full traceability data, and packed to industry standards.
Engine Preservation
Engines and high-value components preserved in environment-controlled rooms per OEM specs.
Carcass Processing
Remaining airframe material is processed for recycling through certified channels.
Waste Recovery
Discarded material sent to waste recovery channels, maximizing environmental sustainability.
